Over 20 years ago, I discovered the transformative power of yoga. Since then, I’ve shared this ancient practice in diverse settings—from military personnel to school children, and even in-home health programs for ESA students.

     My journey into DEFRAG, a process of emotional healing, is shaped by both personal and professional experiences. In the late 1990s, while serving as an Air Force Security Forces member, I carried heavy burdens—both literally and emotionally. Working alongside emergency responders, law enforcement, and veterans, I learned the power of connection through shared struggles. More Important, I  learned that  confiding  your  past pain.. does not lead to healing.

     After transitioning to therapeutic roles in forensic settings, I witnessed the overpowering nature of unaddressed emotions. 

     Yet, it wasn’t until a loved one experienced a sudden psychotic break that I truly understood the depths of emotional pain. In search of answers, I found guidance in works by pioneers like Tom Campbell, Bruce Lipton, Joe Dispenza,  Sir John Hargrave,  John Mace and Stuart Wilde—who taught me how to reclaim inner power and break free from limiting patterns.
